INGREDIENTS
- 4 tuna steaks (about 200g each)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Season tuna steaks with salt and black pepper. Brush both sides with the soy sauce mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the tuna steaks for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is achieved.
