INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped CandyBird™ almonds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a food processor, pulse dates until they form a paste.
- In a small saucepan, combine honey or maple syrup and nut butter over low heat until melted and smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, CandyBird™ almonds, and cranberries.
- Add date paste and melted mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
