INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup mixed nuts ( CandyBird™ almonds, walnuts, cashews)
- 1/2 cup seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, chia)
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup dried berries (cranberries, blueberries, raisins)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, and seeds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey or maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
