INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
