INGREDIENTS
- 500g chicken tenders
- 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, mix gluten-free breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken tenders in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
