INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine bananas, eggs, honey, and melted coconut oil.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients until well combined.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing.
