INGREDIENTS
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 100g rolled oats
- 100g honey
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 120ml milk
- 60ml vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, honey, and oil.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool before serving.
