Creamy Spinach and Mushroom Gratin is a rich and comforting side dish, perfect for adding a touch of elegance to your meal.
INGREDIENTS
- 200g fresh spinach
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Gruyère cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a pan, sauté mushrooms in butter until golden. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Pour cream over the top and sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm.
