INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Serve warm.
