INGREDIENTS
- 4 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, cinnamon, cumin, and salt.
- Spread on the baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, until tender and caramelized.
