INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 50g butter
- 100ml milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- In a small pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Drain potatoes and return to the pot. Mash until smooth.
- Stir in garlic butter and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.
