This Spinach and Feta Dip is creamy and full of flavor, perfect for serving with pita bread or veggie sticks.
INGREDIENTS
- 200g fresh spinach, chopped
- 150g feta cheese, crumbled
- 100g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a bowl, combine spinach, feta cheese, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Serve with pita bread or vegetable sticks.
