These Stuffed Mini Peppers are a delightful appetizer filled with a creamy cheese mixture, perfect for parties or a simple snack.
INGREDIENTS
- 12 mini bell peppers, halved and seeded
- 150g cream cheese
- 50g grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pepper half with the cheese mixture.
- Place on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the peppers are tender and the filling is golden.
- Serve warm.
