INGREDIENTS
- 12 mini bell peppers
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, chives)
- 1/4 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the tops off the mini bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, herbs, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the cream cheese mixture.
- Place stuffed peppers on the baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until the peppers are tender.
