INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, toss pumpkin seeds with olive oil and spices until evenly coated.
