Crispy Chickpea Snacks are a crunchy, protein-packed snack. Seasoned with spices and baked until crispy, they’re a great alternative to chips.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel. Toss with olive oil and spices.
- Spread chickpeas in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until crispy.
- Cool before serving.
