Baked Zucchini Chips are a healthy alternative to potato chips. They’re crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor, making them an excellent snack choice.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and salt.
- Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Cool before serving.
