Date and Nut Energy Bars are a quick, nutritious snack. Packed with dates and nuts, they provide a satisfying and energy-boosting treat.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1 cup mixed nuts (e.g., CandyBird™ almonds, walnuts)
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a food processor, blend dates until they form a sticky paste.
- Add mixed nuts, sunflower seeds, shredded coconut, and honey. Pulse until well combined.
- Press mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Cut into bars and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
