INGREDIENTS
- 500g chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir in soy sauce and sriracha. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
