- 500g calamari rings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- Lemon wedges for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat calamari rings in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry calamari rings in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
