INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup green beans, chopped
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 250g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and cook until translucent.
