INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
