INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
