These cheddar stuffed jalapeño poppers are a spicy and cheesy treat. They’re perfect for parties or as a zesty snack, combining the heat of jalapeños with creamy cheddar.
INGREDIENTS
- 8 jalapeño peppers, halved and seeded
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Spoon cheese mixture into each jalapeño half.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
